Consist of three prosesses:
Degreasing, steels are immersed in caustic soda to remove oil and grease in it surface.
Pickling, steels are immersed to hydrochloride acide to remove rust and scale.
Prefulxing, conditioning steels surface with zinc ammonium chloride to form a bonded thick zinc-iron alloy layer.
