PT Bukaka Minyu Industry was established in 2016 based on Notarial Deed of Andy Azis, S.H., No. 15 dated 20 October 016 and has obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0047025. AH.01.01 in 2016 dated 24 October 2016.
It is a joint venture company between the Company and Minyu Machinery Corp., a Taiwanese company engaging in industrial and trade including the manufacture of equipment machinery for mining, excavation and construction activities.
